We’ve refreshed the Meetings page so you can quickly find, join, and take action on all your meetings from one place. Not seeing the updates yet? You will soon!

You’ll still find the Calendly functionality you count on, now with a clearer, more connected view of your meetings. Let’s walk through what’s new — and how to make the most of your updated Meetings page.

What’s new

✅ A simplified meeting view
Previously, upcoming and past meetings lived on separate tabs. Now, scroll to see what’s coming up — or look back at what’s already happened — all from the same page.

✅ Clearer meeting details
Click into a meeting to see the info you need (without digging). Details like attendees, location, invitee questions, and internal notes are neatly organized in the side panel.

✅ One place for all meetings
If you’ve connected your Google Calendar, you’ll now see those events on your page alongside your Calendly meetings so you can get a full picture of your day ahead.

Check out all Meetings page updates in this help center article and demo video.

More helpful connections

🔗 Meetings + Contacts
Every time a Calendly meeting is booked, that invitee’s contact profile is automatically created or updated. Click a name in the meeting details panel to quickly schedule a follow-up, send an email, or see their full contact record.

📝 Notetaker access (beta)
If you’re using Calendly’s Notetaker, you’ll see the option to turn it on or off per meeting right from this page. You can also jump straight to your post-meeting recap as soon as your call wraps up. Don’t have Notetaker yet? Stay tuned!

Excellent Improvments.

I’m afraid you have effectively broken the key functionality of this page while introducing “improvements” that I don’t think we asked for.

This page used to show the total number of results displayed. You have removed this.

I regularly used this to see how many meetings a client has taken so far - this is important as I sell in packages of a fixed number. I also used it to see how many meetings of a certain type I’ve had over a certain time period, ETC.

After setting up events for clients to book, this is the number TWO task I would log into Calendly for.

It feels like you’re trying to do everything everywhere. You brought in meetings listings to the Contacts page and now you’re bringing in Contacts details to the Meetings page.

What is that old saying? “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” I wish you’d heeded this one this time!

I’m really not keen on this update. :(

I only want to see upcoming meetings when I click into this page and not have a huge list that’s not relevant to me. I liked being able to filter on past booking if I needed them.

I also don’t like the side window when you click into the meeting details - was happier having them where they were previously.

I work in SaaS and I’m all for change if it feels like an improvement but this isn’t it.

This update has been very frustrating. Everything was different when I logged in yesterday with no notice and I discovered we have lost the ability to add additional attendees without rescheduling (the bot told me it was expected and i should accept the workaround) Today I had lost all my Book Follow Up buttons and again the bot told me it was expected as only some users had that access (I had it yesterday on the version) and told me I had to move to the Chrome add-in but that didn’t copy phone numbers across…. then after trying to unsuccessfully log a complaint as the drop-down box is broken I had to take a client call. After that call I came back to calendly to book a follow up and magically the button is back!!! I’m not seeing anything new that is helping me only frustration for a page that used to work perfectly for me (other than recent quirks that had been introduced like losing ability to book again after a reschedule)

I find the new meeting list frustrating. I’m in the same boat as Sarah47547. I don’t want to see several months worth of past meetings at the top with a button to scroll to the bottom. Why would I want to view a meeting from April at the top?

I’m only interested in upcoming meetings by default. I am more than happy to click a couple times to view past meetings.

Also, when I view details of the next upcoming meeting, the entire meetings list scrolls up to past meetings. For example, when viewing the details on the right for a June 6th meeting, the list on the left is showing meetings from May 6th, 9th, and 10th.

Hey @Sarah47547 & @Joel23727 !

We’re working on an update that will make the default Meeting Page show Today & Upcoming Meetings. Then you can filter it if you’d like to view past meetings instead.

Really appreciate the feedback! :)

@David
We’re currently experiencing a major workflow issue with the new UI update related to team name visibility in the Meeting tab.

With the change, team names are no longer visible, which makes it difficult for our advisors to identify which client/team an appointment belongs to.

Impact to our operation:

  • Advisors cannot confidently match appointments to the correct client
  • Increased scheduling confusion
  • Reduced preparedness before meetings
  • Added friction in day-to-day contact center workflows

This functionality was a critical part of how we operate at scale, and its removal has had an immediate impact.

Hey @Exel07141 - Can you share an example of what you’re seeing? Would love to take this back over to the team to share. :)

The update has completely ruined the clarity and usability of the meetings page overnight:

Previously, you could see the occupancy of upcoming appointments at a glance in the overview (for example: 11 out of 18).

Now, while you can see the number of bookings, you can only view the total number of available slots after clicking through to the details. Without the overview, this makes planning significantly more cumbersome and time-consuming.

Previously, invitees were simply listed by name in the event details. Recently, however, different invitees who registered using the same email address are all displayed multiple times under the same name. That just doesn’t make any sense.

And much more. Just read through the criticism here…

An unnecessary update that has turned into a frustrating downgrade.

Who came up with these mindless changes? There was never any need for them. And who approved this? No offense, but it appears like the Calendly employees in charge do not understand the most basic purpose of their own service.

Because of these changes, Calendly isn't making our work easier - it's actually making it much harder. It’s unbelievable how they could cripple their own product like this.

Hey @Exel07141 - Can you share an example of what you’re seeing? Would love to take this back over to the team to share. :)

Temporary workaround has been to include the client’s name in the Event Name. We have another Calendly account with over 100 clients as the Team Name and only “Open Enrollment” or “New Hire” as the event name. The team is unable to associate the event with the client, causing additional manual work for all involved which requires running a report on an hourly basis.

Hoping this small item can be reverted to display Team Name.

Why does the book follow up button only appear after the sceduled meeting time has finished??? I either have to drag my meeting over the alloted time by a minute or two to be able to simply use the button or else I have to create a new meeting fom scratch whilst my client is online. What is the possible explanation for this - this was never an issue in the old version. This is not a UI issue - up until the meeting finish time the reschedule button is visible - once the meeting time has passed it changes to book follow up so it is obviously the design… it makes no sense!
