Hi, First sorry in Advance, my English is not that well. On my schedule page, the client have choice for phone call or Zoom call. if They choose Zoom, They get a confirmation with the ID zoom call.But I Ask 24h in Advance a confirmation of the showing call. but on that reconfirmation the Zoom ID is not there. most client Ask me where is… and I have to say look on when you Took the appointment you receive it.. bla bla bla. Do you have and suggestion on the confirmation 24h in Advance if it’s possible that the Zoom ID are included in the email or SMS?I Hope my request is clear. if not, I Will Ask for the translation.thank you

I’ve been booking calendly calls from other users links, and adding them to my google calendar.However, they don’t show up in my own calendly account as upcoming events, and I have my google calendar synced with calendly. Should I be able to see this scheduled calls I make from other people links?
I have a wix site that has a button that sends customers to Calendly set it up appt times. I set up my hours under Schedule and they are correct when booking on my desktop but when I test on my and others’ cell phones the meeting times are completely wrong and is says I work from 7am to noon. How do I fix it so all “devise-types” show my correct hours?
Hi I’m using the contacts-section within calendly to schedule new meetings with my clients. This is very helpful, because it’s very fast. Especially I can change the duration of the planned meeting during this process.But there is a big disadvantage: I can’t enter a mobile number for the text reminders (SMS). So the client only get email notification.Is there a way to use the contact section for scheduling new events AND sending text reminders via SMS (as it is possible when I book a new meeting within the planned meeting section). thanks for your support werner
Is there a way to have the client select a time window? Say from 7am to 10am, where up to 3 clients can select an appointment from? All I can see is specific times.
We like our clients to be able to schedule with a 36hr minimum notice, but Calendly doesn’t seem to recognize weekends. Is there anyway around this? We don’t want someone to be able to schedule Friday afternoon for a Monday morning appointment… TYIA

I would appreciate a new or adjustable design / layout for the initial booking page. When multiple event types are offered, the page looks confusing. I think a liste-like formation with smaller buttons would be more eye-catching and easier to handle than the actual ones.
hello,i’ve used calendly daily for the last 4+ years. i really like it, until now. i was able to roll with udates and changes, however, the fact that i can no longer click on phone numbers to directly call or text clients has my workflow totally upended. i often need to directly communicate with clients quickly and this communication is critical to what i do. is there a workaround for collecting phone numbers that are still linkable / clickable? on another note, the new GUI format for viewing booked appointments seems totally upside down to me. the client entered info is the most important to me and you’ve pushed it to the bottom of the page , and made the font smaller. the meeting location and host info is absolutely the least important to me, as i’m the host , and those types of details stay pretty constant for me. the customer info is what most important for me to view easily. in other words, i really miss how appointment details appear to me from all other previous versions of cal
My clients need to be able to see my calendar more than three months out. How can I change settings to allow this?
English:It's about colleagues from department 1 being able to see what appointments have been booked in department 2. And the other way round too. So that a consultant can always switch between the stores. The background is that we have two stores in one building. One is a goldsmith's, the other a specialist wedding ring store. It would be very nice for us if we could book appointments on both websites and save them in two different calendars in one Google Calendar account. I need help. Every time I schedule a meeting my calendly is using the same location link for every interview or recording i do. I have to ask the interviewee to leave and resend a new link. I get this for every interviewee. the code at the end cannot be the same. I dont know if its a calendly issue or streamyard issue.
Hello! I have a questions and I’m hoping that the Calendly Community may be able to offer some guidance. I have an event set up for interviews, and I use the primary link to send out to candidates so they can book time with me. I would like to have it set up so that, once a candidate uses that link, they can’t use it again. I know that users can generate a single-use link, but I have to do that individually for each candidate, and I’d prefer to keep this process as automated as possible!Is it possible to set up my event in such a way? Hello, I am unable to connect PayPal with my Calendly. Every time I try I get the message that my account needs to be verified. PayPal says it is verified and that it is a Calendly issue. I’m a longtime user of Calendly and my use cases for it have expanded considerably over the years. In this Loom video, I go over my most used Event Type, the Intro Meeting, which covers a lot of different situations by which have first conversations with prospects and professional connections.What I didn’t share in the video is how I have the link for the meeting very close at hand. I have it saved as a macro on my Mac using the Text Expander app, which allows me to add it to any exchange with a simple text string.

Sometimes we are happy or need to meet with a customer outside our standard hours. I believe we can schedule a one-off event for these, but a quicker way to manage this would be an “override availabilty” button during the scheduling or rescheduling from an employee login. This ensures all of the correct information is gathered and presented, as these normal events have had a lot of time in to setting them up. Example in point, for an event type we have no availability this evening. However, we need to move a customer from next week and they can come in tonight. We can’t reschedule them to tonight without changing the availability of the host. We are happy to see them tonight, as we are rescheduling them. If there were a button for us to over-ride availability and book any time, that would be helpful. This would leave all other events untouched, and would only override for this one-off booking. It would also keep all of the details of the event correct. Example crappy photoshop. I can’t
