I am trying to follow Calendly’s instructions on how to sync calendars. It says, go to your profile picture and from the dropdown menu click Calendar Sync… there is no calendar sync tab in my drop down menu. And when I click more settings, there is no calendar sync tab. Please help!

I saw two different posts about restricting the types of emails (e.g. non Gmail) that can request a booking. Has this feature been implemented? If not, I vote that it be added.
Have successfully integrated Calendly + Outlook, however when someone books through Calendly there are no invitees / people listed in the Outlook calendar event (not even the person who booked it!!) The event in Calendly also says “0 non-hosts” Please help!
Hello!I’ve synced my Google Calendar to my Calendly. However whenever I enter meetings in my Google Calendar (yes, I marked each event as “busy” and not “free” - I checked), Calendly doesn’t sync and leaves those time slots free.Now i’m getting people booking via my Calendly link some meetings in time slots that are not actually available because conflicting with other meetings. I then have to contact each person, cancel, apologize profusely for the mistake, reschedule with them etc… It is a mess and wasting me a huge amount of time + making me look really disorganized. How do I fix this urgently, PLEASE?!
Hello everyone, I have been struggling to understand how to let Calendly automatically send the calendar invites upon booking using my company email. So far just my gmail keeps sending the confirmation email, while I login to my calendly with my company email. Any advice? or is it even possible? thanks
I have had 7-8 meeting booked in a row. Some have addresses, some have fdsa or some variation of those same letters in the comments. The phone number goes to the contact, but they say they never booked the meeting. The addresses when given are from our state but not our area. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
Over the last few months I’ve had the same person (a local stranger) book 10 different in-person appointments in my calendar and he hasn’t shown up to any of them. From his answers to the questions he needs to complete the booking, I believe he is a real person, not a scammer or a bot, however I’m wasting mine and my staff’s time with him not showing up and he doesn’t reply to our emails. I also have automated reminders set for 24 and 12 hours before. How can I automatically reject or block his email address when he tries to sign up for further appointments? Or can I block keywords from being able to submit the form, that would work too. Unfortunately I need to keep it as a free booking event because it’s lead-based.

I’m scheduling a two hour workshop for February 2, 2025. When I set up the event I created date-specific hours from 11 - 1. However, when I preview the event the calendar is showing no available dates in February. What should I do?
Why are these orange exclamation popints showing up here?Is this just because there are not a lot of scheduling availabilities for these round-robin events?Why is there no documentation of this or inline helper text?Of note, when I click the alert it just takes me to the event’s routing logic configuration page, and when I check the events page, there ae no alert symbols.What are you trying to tell us, Calendly??? We've encountered a limitation with the Calendly-Zoom integration that’s impacting our team. The Zoom Meeting Summary feature, which significantly improves our Support team’s operating efficiency, isn't automatically enabled when meetings are scheduled via Calendly, despite being configured as such on the Zoom-end.Zoom Support confirmed that this is due to Calendly not passing the necessary API parameter to auto-start the meeting summary: Upon further checking, for meetings that are scheduled using calendly, they use our API to schedule a meeting for the user. The meeting create request JSON has not passed "auto_start_meeting_summary":"true" so the summary didn’t start automatically.It seems Calendly does not support this scheduling option yet. For this setting to be integrated within the system of Calendly, you may need to contact them (Calendly Support) directly. I have used Calendly for some years now - both paid and free. I am currently on the free version but I have had meetings booked into my diary during times I am busy or unavailable. I have removed my calendar and added it back in but this hasn’t done the trick…Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I would like to be able to reschedule an appointment that is with someone specific in the round robin with someone else without having to go back through the round robin. Example: A person is out sick and they can’t make their appointment and I would like to reschedule this with another person in the round robin without canceling and rescheduling. I would like to pick a specific person and for the link to the meeting to not change (teams meeting). I just need to move to another person (Time, date, location the same).

Hi! I have it set to where my invitee can schedule a meeting with me by paying for the event. They first choose a date/time and then it takes them to payment. I see a payment in paypal but I did not get any confirmation or notification from Calendly. And I don’t see anything scheduled in my meetings/calendar on Calendly?
I have changed my availability on Calendly web version. It is linked with my webpage. On Calendly I see changes but I cannot see them on my website. On website I see the old times of being available. I copied and pasted at Worldpress Elementor the link given by Calendly with a hope it will update and new time slots will be visible but it is not helping. How I can get the new availability visible on my website. I will highly appreciate a help. 👍

However, the calendar remains open for my patients and they can continue to make their appointments (I work as a therapist).
