Email signup and entry forms are notorious for incorrect entry via misspellings or “fat finger” entry. There are two ways to correct this issue, which ecommerce sites have implemented, but Calendly doesn’t seem to have implemented:Option 1: on initial entry of an email, show a “re-enter email” field Option 2: on initial entry of an email, send an “is this your email?” confirmation emailCase in point: I received a Calendly invite today that was meant for someone else. I had no way of contacting the person who initiated the invite, nor is there a “this isn’t meant for me” link to provide appropriate feedback.I assume a feature to address this issue would be very helpful, especially to paid users. Who else has experienced problems with incorrect addresses hindering outreach to prospects and customers? Would any of you find this helpful?Calendly Product Team - can you speak top this issue, and where this feature would fall in your feature roadmap?
I can’t edit the fees which I entered once for an event type. Edit event > more options > payments (where the old amount shows), shows payment processor > Integration. There is no option available to edit the amount I entered once. I find it strange ! Let me know if there is any way to edit that amount How can someone book my hourly slots in bulk, instead of going through the whole booking process for each hour ?
Hello, I am writing to formally request cancellation and a full refund for the Amazon + Walmart Supplier Shortcut System that I enrolled in under an installment agreement. After reviewing the materials and structure of the program, it became clear that the service does not align with how it was presented during the sales process. Hi, We are one company and currently have 7 stores in different locations. We will open more in the coming year.We use Calendly mainly as an appointment tool for customers to come by one of the stores and get the help they need. Currently I’m dealing with 7 different Calendly accounts and 7 different bills. I would like to simplify this and hope Calendy has a Master account under which i can hang all the current and new stores with their own calendars. Is this possible and can i transfer the current accounts to this new one? regards
Randomly the other day, we stopped receiving booking emails when clients book meetings with us. We still receive cancellation notifications, and I’ve tried whitelisting the calendly notification email address. The email that I used to test book also did not receive a booking email. We still receive them from our other calendly account but not our primary one. TIA!
I just need to have calendly see when I’m busy on my iCal so I don’t get double booked. I understand there’s a way via Google Calendar or outlook, but need specific instructions. I have reached out to Calendly support but their directions are “just make a shared calendar” which hasn’t been helpful at all.Can anyone provide specific step by step instructions on how to make this work?
Bonjour,Depuis quelques jours j’ai un problème d’affichage dans le mail récapitulatif de prise de rendez-vous concernant l’horaire , uniquement pour les invités.les fuseaux horaires sont bloqués pour la France (Europe centrale) pour les invités et pour moi.je reçois bien les notifications, mail et la mise à jour du planning à la bonne heure .Seuls les invités rencontrent cette anomalie horaire dans leur mail récapitulatif de séance , alors qu’en passant par les liens de report ou annulation l’horaire de prise de rendez-vous, l’horaire est le bon….Jai vérifier lors de la prise de rendez-vous en tant qu’invité que le fuseau horaire soit bien pour la France.comment faire pour corriger cela pour eux ?merci d’avance Beatrice

Getting this error when trying to connect my calendar, what should I do?
Our outgoing notifications use the `location` variable to generate meeting links via the Google Calendar integration which resolves as: > Location:>> This is a Google Meet web conference. Join now Ideally, we’d be able to customize all the text in this snippet, but as we're using this in booking confirmations and 24hr advanced reminders the fixed “Join now” text is particularly ill fitting. Is there any way to adjust this? In the case that there isn’t, I’d at least suggest Calendly updates the fixed text to something a little more atemporal, eg. “Join this meeting”.
Hi In the last weeks I’m unable to reschedule meetings within my Calendly account (but it was possible some time ago):I can select the meeting, and find a now date/time for the meeting.But when I’M pressing the button to save the new meeting, nothing happens, no error message. Any help, how to change events?BTW: within the iOS App it’s possible to change date and time.bye
Notice that any dates that are previously filled outside of Calendly are overbooked on my Outlook calendar. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this?Thanks,Dr. Alikch
The following was posted 10 months ago and at the time a community member said it would be sent to the production team for review. Has there been any progress? Message templates would be much easier to maintain via a workflow, and I see others have also requested this feature for different reasons. For instance: It would be great to know if there are any plans for this, as editing confirmations messages individually is unduly cumbersome in the Calendly UI.

This genuinely cannot be that difficult to implement.At present, New Zealand users are (I am) forced to charge clients in AUD as the closest alternative. This regularly creates confusion and requires repeated explanations to clients as to why they are being charged in a foreign currency.New Zealand is a distinct market with a significant professional services user base. Hello,I am new to Calendly and my first attempts have not been successful.As a children's coach, I would like to offer two types of events on this platform:- 20-minute “discovery” calls for parents- One-hour individual coaching sessions for children.These would take place on different dates and times.The goal would be to integrate the link directly into my website. I’m wondering if there is a way to revert back to the previous Meeting view? I greatly prefer the ability to click on the meeting and see a one page summary for easy viewing rather than a scrolling list of meetings that then just opens a side bar with different tabs I have to click on to go back and forth between client info, questions, etc.
Is it possible to block or restrict rescheduling of a meeting when there are less than X days remaining before the scheduled start time?The goal is to prevent invitees from moving meetings at the last moment, while still allowing rescheduling earlier than that threshold.
I’d had several instances where clients will reschedule their meeting to unavailable days. It never allows them to schedule initially on these days, but it seems to allow it when rescheduling. Is this something I can correct, or a problem with Calendly?
We have two employees with the same events set up. On one person’s account, the cancel and reschedule links appear as expected in the event info on Google Calendar, and clicking on them on their calendar allows our admins to cancel or reschedule the event on behalf of a client who has called in. On the other person’s it does not appear. Instead, we get a link that says “Note: Should you need to cancel or reschedule the event, we recommend you use the cancel and reschedule features from your Calendly Scheduled” with a link that prompts clients to log into Calendly. How do we resolve this? As admin, I’ve looked everywhere for a way to fix this, but as far as I can see, the settings for both employee’s Calendly events are identical, so why does it work for one and not the other?
After years of no real issues with Calendly, over the last year we’ve had a serious problem with the ‘reschedule meeting’ functionality in Calendly, and I’m curious if anyone else is encountering the same and what Calendly is doing about it. Here’s the basic gist: for round robin meetings in particular, when the ‘reschedule’ button is used to reschedule a meeting (either internally or through the public ‘Reschedule’ link on the Google Cal event), Calendly will routinely ignore host working hours, existing Calendly meetings and other Google Calendar events, and book a meeting almost anywhere. That means meetings are being rescheduled during a host’s off hours, on top of other Calendly meetings and on top of other ‘Busy’ Google Calendar meetings. Obviously this results in a poor experience for everyone, especially the customer, because someone will need to call them back, explain that our scheduler had a glitch and reschedule again, hoping that this new reschedule doesn’t experience the

Hi Community, I can’t seem to get a chat bubble working (the link to “cookie preferences” in my account settings doesn’t seem to actually be a link). Basically, I signed up for calendly when I was with an org, and the org itself no longer exists (so the email for it was shut down as well), so I’d like to reclaim that account with my new email address. I need some help! Clients are using my Calendly link to schedule appointments with me, and a Zoom link is created and sent to both of our calendars. However, when we use the link to enter the meeting, we are both placed in “waiting for the host to join” and I am not identified as the host! I have searched my Zoom account and Calendly account for applicable settings but have not been able to solve the problem. Who knows how to address this problem so taht I am the host of my meetings?
