We have two meeting types setup - one is a group meeting type and the other is a one-to-one.We are wanting people to be able to book into the group meeting as well as the on-to-one on the same day/time but whenever someone is booked into the group, it blocks out the ability to book into the one-to-one.Is there a workaround for this?
Hi- my calendly is working fine- but when I open a meeting it has scheduled in teams- I have to go into the event in Teams calendar and choose “online meeting” myself- which then has to update to the other participants. Is there a way to just have this choice made before they schedule with me- so they are not getting multiple emails?
How can we connect the tiktok pixel with calendly to be able to track events? Specially if its web embed.
We use Calendly for appointments made by external users and use our Outlook calendar to see events. It would be helpful to send a list of events including the person’s name and company to our front desk person who greets the visitors when they arrive. Is there anyway to do this? Thanks!
Dear Community, seems scheduled round robins are not displayed in the scheduled meetings overview, see attached screenshot. Can anyone help? Best Regards from Hamburg Michael
I would like to print the scheduled events page. I am using this for a bike shop schedule and I don’t want bike grease all over my electronics, thus I need paper. I’ve tried using the browser Print from Chrome, Safari, Edge, Duck Duck Go, but the results are all bad.Thanks.
From the Scheduled Events page, I can Export a CSV. Unfortunately, it includes many columns I do not want to see. I can hide them in my spreadsheet program, but this is very inconvenient as I do this operation frequently, having to hide unwanted columns every time. How can I avoid all the unwanted data, for example all the UTM columns? Thanks.
Hello! We want to customize our confirmation email and for some reason it’s not working. I hope someone in the community can help! Here’s a loom video for reference:
I was just billed today for calendly yearly renewal. I am retiring soon and did not plan on renewing. How can I get a credit and delete the account?
I have carefully made certain settings in Zoom my standard, one of which is NO WAITING ROOM. Always passcode. however, every Zoom created by Calendly has Waiting Room turned on. Why aren’t my existing standards being applied and how how do I fix it please?Thank you
Hello! We use the Salesforce integration, and our team wants to track how many events are scheduled by our sales assistants on behalf of other sales reps. Is it possible for me to access that information through the integration? Ideally, I’d like for the Event record in SF to show the sales rep who hosted the event as the “Assigned To”/owner (which seems to be the default in the flow template), while being able to map the name of the assistant who actually scheduled the event to a custom field on the record. I see the “Event Primary Publisher” name and email fields on the CalendlyAction object, but it seems like that will always represent the host, whose calendar the assistant scheduled the event on, rather than the assistant’s information. Is there a field I’m overlooking on the CalendlyAction object? I’m open to creative workarounds too!
My events all have 15 minute buffers afterwards. While Calendly recognizes the buffers, my Google Calendar does not. Thus, coworkers looking at my calendar think I am free at that time. Is there a way to have the buffer time added to the host’s calendars, while leaving it off the invitee’s calendars?
I have been trying to create a group event for 1 day and 1 time slot. I am having trouble figuring out how to do it. I created the group event. I put in available for 20 people. Then I make a custom date of Friday May 17th at 11:00 to noon. When I look at the LIVE PAGE. It shows availability EVERY FRIDAY and it won’t start until May 24th. I need help! What are the steps to create a time slot for 1 day and t time?JameyRae
Wondering how you can use Calendly’s new browser extension? Here are a few ideas to get you started:Use the “Book meeting” button to schedule a follow-up in real time during a client appointment. That way, your next touchpoint is already in the books and you can keep client work moving forward. Book over focus blocks and movable meetings when scheduling from the extension so you can prioritize urgent client needs, like when a project deadline moves up or there’s a change in scope. Mark clients and prospects as no-shows if they miss an appointment and reschedule it in one click from the Meetings tab so you keep them engaged. Review client details and see your meeting history in the Contacts tab so you show up to appointments fully prepared. If you’re interested in learning more, check out this blog post.Already using the new extension? I’ve renewed for 1 year of the standard plan, but my account has been downgraded to the free plan. When I go to the contact page it doesn’t work(no curser appears in the form) and live chat isn’t available.Who do I contact about this and how do I get in touch with them?Is there an email or phone number for billing or support?Thank you
Hello, new to Calendly! I'm interested in setting up a Round Robin Event Type for a booking page that draws availability from multiple hosts' Google calendars without restricting other members' availability. Essentially, I want to pool all hosts' availabilities, and when a client selects a time slot, the system selects an available founder who is free at that time. Not sure but it seems that it can only detect open hour slots in which ALL founders are available, rather than slots when just one founder is available. Is that true? I am currently on a Teams Plan Trial to test out this tool.
Hey team,I run a mobile body composition scan business where gyms around the city book my service (through Calendly) to attend their gym for a 3 hour timeslot. I am trying to figure out a way that gym members can book a specific 10min timeslot within that 3 hours that I am there. I see that Calendly does not allow overlapping but am wondering if there is a way to work around this as I know a few other booking systems allow multiple calendars or locations or teams. I like Calendly and have been using it for a few years now so don’t want to have to transfer to a separate service.Kind regards,Ayden
Hello, I’m generally very happy with calendly so far, it’s very seamless. As of recently I have tried to bring in new clients from the same group (1000+) by offering some free 30 minute sessions. What has happened instead is that people who previously booked a session, books again and takes up the spot from new clients. I have tried single use links but only one person was able to book a session with 5 sessions was available. I have tried to write “only for new clients” or “only available if you haven’t had a 30 minutes session before” to little effect. So how do prevent/avoid the same clients booking over and over again?
Is it possible to customise the text/name of the ‘Schedule Event’ button that customers see when they’re about to submit their booking? I’m using this for booking therapy appointments and ‘Schedule Event’ is a bit strange for them to click.
Hi, I am really desperate to be able to create discount codes for my clients, specially for online events. I read that I am not the only one needing this. Might make me move platforms actually.Any idea when that is possible? The other question I have is if you have an idea of how to deal with scheduling a course with multiple modules? I need people to sign up for the individual module though, but buying the whole course is a different price….. I need a bit more flexibility for this. Other platforms offer that.Obviously, there is a switching cost and I would really love to stay, but I need these features.
i synced my outlook calendar with my event hold on calendly for my guests to choose free slots available. If then i add more busy schedule on outlook, which some conflict with the slots on calendly, does the calendly link event i sent to my guest automatically delete those unavailable slots so that my guest can just see those available left?
We have an organization with 3 emails. We wish upgrade only 2 to a Standard plan. The Admin email does not require an upgrade. Can wedo this for just the 2 email addresses? OR can I remove the admin as the organiser so just the 2 upgradable emails remain OR separate them all entirely to stand alone accounts?
Please can we make this possible! We need to ability to change the hosts of our confirmed events. We operate with 3 people on tech support, all in the same office. if someone can’t make it to their zoom meeting, we need to be able to switch the host without disturbing the reciepent with cancel/rebook information.
