Information on appointment needs to be corrected and can't seem to find how to edit
In my company we have two owners. I am the sole user of calendly. We also have those who sign up for weekly events (meetings) with our company. Is there a way for the guests to see the full calendar without having a seat to log in or syncing our calendar with them. I know they receive emails that they can then sync to their calendar but we want this to be more of an open viewing schedule for them so that we don’t constantly have to remind them. Not everyone who signs up is great with technology and I’ve tried the sharing my google calendar with them but it requires them having the google calendar app and for those with storage issues that’s a no . I don’t want them to have access to anything else. Only viewing the calendar. I’m hoping this all makes sense. If there is no way to do this other than paying for them to have a seat i would suggest this be something of the future.
I’m new here! I already have a M365 subscription which includes Teams. In order to integrate Teams with Calendly am I required to pay this monthly subscription fee for Teams?
When I create a one-off meeting or meeting poll, and get the view of my synced calendar, my other Calendly holds are listed only as “Reserved Time” rather than the name of the event (e.g. “Q1 Project Meeting” or “Coffee - Person A | Person B”). On my actual synced Google calendar, I can see the full name of the event reserved from Calendly.It would be helpful to see the full name of the event in the Calendly calendar view, too - sometimes I may choose to bump an unimportant or internal meeting if a newer invite chooses the same spot, but I have to click out of Calendly to see what the “Reserved Time” is for. Is there a way to do this?
When I try to book more than two meetings, Calendly no longer allows me to book and gives the error “too many requests.” It’s done this to me pretty much every day. I paid for this service to book clients, since I can’t book more than two clients, can I have a refund?
Hi teamI’ve followed the steps to connect both my Google calendars to Calendly (and, yes, I’ve disconnected and reconnected them). It says in the Availability section that it’s ready (see below). However, my meetings sections shows a blank, even though there’s multiple meetings in both calendars already.Can you please support?Thanks
Am I able to see which individuals voted for what times after voting has been completed on a meeting poll? I have not booked the meeting yet and want to see who voted for what days/times.
I created a meeting appointment that people can join. They can join in 3 different hours every week. The thing is that I invite them through a link, and they set their assitance. But, if they want to cancel, when they click the same link again there is no option to cancel but to join a second time the same meeting.How can I manage this?
The time zone options in Calendly seen a bit incoherent. It’s not that I can’t find the time zone I need per se, but they are a mess of zones, regions, countries and cities with inconsistent naming conventions and order. Many regions and countries are not listed. I am experiencing an issue where my booking link is allowing invitees to schedule meetings during times that are marked as "Busy" on my connected Google Calendar.I have already verified the following: Check for Conflicts: My "Check for conflicts" settings are pointed to the correct Google Calendar. Event Status: The events in my Google Calendar are explicitly set to "Busy" (not "Free"). I have connected and disconnected my calendar in calendly again and again ... I did check for time zone conflicts There is no way to choose specific calendar in my free account (Although my events are in my primary calendar)
I cannot get my text messaging on WhatsApp to work for the life of me. It is not a carrier issue. It is a Calendly issue. I have subscribed to another app to try this, and it works in my country. How do I get the app to collect the phone numbers of my clients, if this is an issue. The text message still does not work, even when I update the contact information manually.

Hello, all!Our organization recently switched from Zoom.us to Zoom.gov, which seems to be an issue as when we try to connect Calendly via the Zoom integration, you cannot change the Zoom domain to zoomgov. Is there a workaround for this?Thanks!
I like to keep certain parts of my calendar clear, and Calendly lets me set availability blocks. But sometimes I want to offer a broader range of availability to a VIP. That is, normally my availability might be 10AM-4PM but I want to offer 9AM-5:50PM to important contacts. So…I’d like a way to specify “VIP Availability” that is broader than general availability, andI’d like a way to specify a link so that the person can pick a slot off the expanded “VIP availability” versus the “normal availability”. Does that make sense?
I am still getting credit card charges for Calendly and I cannot cancel the subscription since I cannot log into the portal with an old company email. . There is no Contact us or contact information that I can write to, to cancel the subscription!
Having an annoying bug today.I have a meeting scheduled in 30 mins I want to reschedule. I scheduled the meeting in the UK, but I'm not in South Africa two hours ahead.However, Calendly won’t let me reschedule - it says the meeting is in the past (because it’s within the two hour window I imagine).Please can you resolve this bug in the future?
I don’t want people to see the names of other appointments I have. Does the app keep everyone’s name hidden? I would like it simply to show the available slots without names of others.
Everyone of my calendar events show NOT AVAILBLE now that the new year has started. Is there a MASTER SETTING that will open the 2026 year without changing the individual settings for each of my events?
I’m looking to create a schedule for headshots, with the option to see a stylist. The stylist needs 10 minutes per person, but the photographer needs 5 minutes per person. So, for example: Stylist is available at:9:00 am9:10 am9:20 amand so on... Photographer is available:9:00 am9:05 am9:10 am9:15 amand so on… If someone books a 9:00 am slot with the stylist, then the photographer would take their photo when the stylist is finished with them at 9:10 am. But the photographer would still be available at 9:00 am and 9:05 am for those who do not need to see the stylist first. Only 9:10 am would disappear from their schedule. Is this possible to set up? I’d rather have one booking link if possible, or set up a route that asks the person if they’d like to see the stylist first. I’m not sure how to do it without it blocking the photographer’s entire 9:00-9:15 time slot.

I talk to this AI support agent, he says, that he creates a ticket for me and sends me a link to the support ticket, when I click on that, it says: No requests found.So currently, I am unable to purchase, I am unable to contact support. Bonjour, j’ai créé plusieurs évènements avec des tarifs différents. Ils s’affichent du plus cher au moins cher. Comment faire pour que l’ordre soir inversé et que le moins cher soit le 1er ? Donc, comment modifier l’ordre d’apparition des évènements réservables sur la page réservation ?Je pensais qu’automatiquement le 1er évènement créé serait le 1er de la liste, hors, il se retrouve en dernier et ce n’est pas mon choix !merci pour vos réponses !
After the 14 days trial period, it didn’t change automatically to the forever free plan. How to solve this? It appears “your trial has ended,” and I can no longer schedule meetings. Thanks in advance for your help
When selecting a contact than choosing a time for us to meet, it USED to show the Calendar in MY time zone, then when selecting a potential meeting time, it would show in their time zone AS WELL right below mine. It made it really easy to communicate when scheduling with people on calls when they lived in different time zones.Now that’s gone and instead the ‘invitee’ fields are editable. Is there any way to make it go back? It’s really annoying having to manually convert everything.
