Meaning no routing to a different page and then rerouting to a dedicated landingpage but rather stay on the origin homepage, book an appointment and maybe get a small confirmation/conversion inside the iframe.Kind regardsAlex
Hi - I have 2 offices where clients book appointments. I created an event with the option of choosing Location A or Location B. The problem is, if someone books for an 8am spot at Location A, then the 8am spot at Location B isn’t open (to avoid double booking).What can I do about this?Do I need 2 Calendly accounts? Hi, I’m facing an inconvenience that my Agenda isn’t really booked efficiently. For example, I have an availability of 4 hours a day, with sessions lasting 30 minutes. The one plans the session at 14:00 and the other client plans it at 18:00. There is now an space of 3,5 hours, the clients don’t really care when the meeting is at, so I would Iike that the meetings are directly after each other. I think an box around the time with “ suggested time “ would do a lot! Thanks Maik
Hello, I client just booked a meeting with me via Calendly and was charged but I never received that payment on Stripe. What do I do to receive my payment without having the client rebook or be charged again?

I’m having major issues syncing with my outlook calendar and have repeatedly double booked as a result. Here is the specifics:I aggreagate multiple calendars into my Outlook account (meaning I import other calendars from a variety of services/sources into my Outlook.com account) as this is my central scheduling location. I then connected outlook to calendly. Calendly doesn’t recognize these other calendar events even though they appear as ‘Busy’ in my Outlook account, and I’m unable to select them in my ‘Calendar Sync’ page. See screenshot below. I cannot add all my synced calendars from Outlook to Calendly, since the Calendly calendar import options are limited to outlook, google, and mac accounts. I even upgraded my subscription to see if this was the problem, and it has not resolved my issue.I need a solution to this. If there isn’t one, I would like a refund on my purchase, as live customer support has been impossible to contact and what a user gets from the different paid
Hello,I do consulting sessions via Zoom. I was wondering if there’s a way to give the client the option of paying either with Paypal or Stripe within the same event. I’ve been using duplicates so far because the multiple choice when setting up the event allows to show one of the 2 payment options. Thanks!Ana
Does anyone know how does Calendly work with Zoom Alternative Hosts? We have a paid Zoom corporate subscription where all our users are in one place, and we have a paid Calendly Professional account. When a user has a new Zoom meeting booked with them via Calendly, the user will then add in an Alternative Host via Zoom to the meeting, but the problem is the Alternative Host cannot start the Zoom meeting via the Zoom link sent through Calendly. The Alternative Host can start the meeting via the email they received from Zoom that they have been assigned as an Alternative Host and use the email link to start the meeting, but is there a way where the Alternative Host can start the Calendly Zoom meeting directly from the Calendly meeting invite?

I’d like to offer an incentive for purchasing more, is there a way to offer two different payment options?So they can either click one option to pay the regular session fee, or click a second option to pay for the fee plus the special included offer?
The last response to this question was 3 months ago. Has Calendly added the option to add a discount code to events without needing to clone the event and make it secret? I want my client to click on the link on the website instead of me sending them the Calendly secret link, as I’d love them to have the opportunity to stay on my website as long as possible, it’s a very beautiful and informative website. It is helpful that booking times can be displayed in the invitee’s time zone, but the meeting invitations that invitees receive use the host’s time zone in the email subject line. In the below screenshot, I’d like the subject to say “12:30pm – 1:30pm (CET)” instead of “7:30am – 8:30am (EDT)”.
In our organization, people use Calendly to book the Zoom room and have their meetings. Unfortunately, the links generated by Calendly often also work at dates and times different from the booked ones. So, for example, let’s say I booked the room for an online meeting on March 30, 8:00 – 9:00 am. I would then receive a Calendly email with the details and the Zoom link, and if I use the link on March 27 at 2:45 pm, it’ll let me enter the room.The problem with this is that one person can book the room for a particular date and time–receiving one link, and someone else can occupy it–with a different link–right before the meeting. When that happens, those who try to use the room for the booked meeting, receive a message saying “the host has another meeting in progress” and are locked out.How can I fix this? We are looking for the right solution for our locations. Let me briefly explain our plan:- Our customers should be able to select a service as the first step- The next step is to select whether the booked service should take place via Zoom meeting or at a location. So the customer has the choice: Zoom Meeting, Location 1, Location 2, Location 3,...-> The respective locations could be set up as team members, right?- Once the location or Zoom has been selected, the customer can choose their timeslot. When I ‘turn off’ the event, it shows the participant that it is an invalid URL. Is there anyway to set a message that says, “This activity is fully booked. Please look out for future research opportunities!”Also, Calendly needs a way to set a total cap on sessions. I’m having to watch my email to ensure it doesn’t go over the total determined by our budget.
Newbie question. I’d like the my Calendar to be fully displayed on my website page vs having just the Event Name displayed and having to click on that to open it. Is there a way to do this on a squarespace site? Any thoughts appreciated.
Look - my Outlook Plug-In stopped working at 11AM yesterday, and I’m getting double booked and people are joining the same meetings. The web-based option doesn’t work, and I’ve been using the plug in since we opened our account. Instead of being cute, and saying “case by case” basis, please provide the link, as the help info points to the simple installation (where it once was), and it’s not there anymore. This is beyond frustrating it’s creating operational issues and if we can’t use the plug-in, we’ll cancel our subscription. Before you tell me to “contact support” I’ve been “waiting for an agent” for hours, twice today. Your customers know what they need, please provide it to us.

How do I solicit and receive a confirmation response from an invitee through email or text?I see several instances where a text or email message may be sent to an invitee which include links allowing the invitee to reschedule or cancel an appointment. However, I don’t see any way for the invitee to confirm they will be present. I.e., 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, the invitee receives a text asking them to confirm they will make the meeting. The user's response to confirm, reschedule, or cancel the appointment would be sent via text to the host, as would a message indicating no response.
Hi, I offer an initial session that comprises of 2 appointments. Payment for both appointments is made when the client books the first appointment. How do I set it up that the client can book the second appointment without payment? At the moment in Booking Page Options I have selected Links On Confirmation Page for Schedule Second Session...unfortunately when the client clicks the link it looks for payment again. Is there a way for the link to the second appointment to have no payment required. I hope this makes sense.
