Pre-populate form with data from Routing Form

Hello!

I have a routing form that redirects prospects to a regular Calendly booking form.

The fields Name, Last Name, Email and Phone Number in the booking form are automatically populated with the values from the routing form, as expected.

However, I added a Radio Button question in both the routing form and the booking form (the question and answers are identical in both forms), and that value is not getting passed automatically from the routing form to the booking form.

Is that expected?

It seems a poor experience to me, making prospects respond the same question twice.

I had to confirm on my end, but yes, this is expected behavior at this time. I’ve logged your feedback with the team. Hopefully we see more on this in the future!
