Stripe not showing as payment option

Hope you guys can help me here.

I've been using Stripe as my payment for awhile, then I had some issues with Stripe that I had to sort out, so I switched payments to PayPal for about 5 or 6 months. 

Now, everything is sorted out with Stripe, so I go to switch the payment method back to Stripe on my Calendly... and Stripe isn't even listed as an option on the drop down window in my payment section, only PayPal shows up when I click on it.

 

I double checked and Calendly says that my Stripe account is still connected. My Stripe account also says that it's still connected to Calendly. My Stripe isn't in "test mode" and everything seems fine... but still, no option to switch payments back to Stripe on the drop down menu of the payments section on my events, is appearing.

 

Any help would be super appreciated!

Hey Skye!

One thing you could try is disconnecting and reconnecting the Stripe integration from your account, sometimes that will allow the option to appear again. If that doesn’t work, maybe try logging into Calendly from a different web browser and see if the option appears there. :)

Let me know if that works! If not, I can take a closer look into it from there.

Hello!

Thank you so much for your suggestions! I really appreciate you taking the time to respond and I apologise for taking a bit to get back to you about it, but "life" things were happening that I had to attend to, (🥴) so I've only been able to try your suggestions now.

 

Sadly, neither of them worked, which is weird because it seems like they really SHOULD work. But I did disconnect and reconnect Stripe. I did use a different browser and clear the cache as well beforehand... but still, PayPal is the only one that shows as an option.

Maddening.

So if you have any other suggestions... im definitely all ears and rearing to go!

Hey ​@Rebuild75748 - Thats definitely interesting.

I would suggest using the chatbot and connecting with our support team directly. They’ll be able to start a screen share with you to see whats going on! You should see a blue chat bubble when logged into your account, just ask to speak with the support team from there!

It is interesting, isn't it?! I have no idea why it's not working. But I'll go ahead and take up your suggestion to connect to the support team and see what happens.

I figured it out! :D

 

Turns out I had to "disconnect" my PayPal from the Calendly Integrations page. I thought that I could have both PayPal and Stripe "connected", but that I could only use one of them as an actual payment option that would show for clients. Which is what I thought the drop down menu in the payment section was for. So that I could click on the one I wanted my customers to use. But, apparently not, lol.

 

In any case disconnecting my PayPal on my Integrations page, but still keeping my Stripe connected, THAT allowed Stripe to finally show up so that I could choose it as my payment option for clients.

Hey Skye! Try disconnecting Stripe from your Calendly integrations and reconnecting it fresh - that usually kicks it back into the dropdown. Also double check you're looking at the right event type, since payment methods are set per event, not account-wide.
