Unable to edit notification text

Hello.  I’m trying to update the text in my email & SMS workflow reminders and the system will not let me.  The chat AI says that as a newer account I’m not allowed to till my account becomes “creditable”.  This defeats the purpose of investing in the calendly software.  How long before this restriction is lifted?

I’d recommend working with our Support team on this one. You can either use the chat agent to get connected to a representative, or by emailing support@calendly.com. 

They would be best to work with on this issue from here.
