Hello, I am brand new to Calendly and am frustrated with only one thing so far.I work exclusively in a MAC environment. I would like to know why Calendly doesn’t integrate / sync with Apple calendar in iOS. I have a MacBook, iPhone and iPad that all sync calendars, but Calendly makes me manage a separate Google Calendar which can sometimes get tricky if I miss a conflict on one calendar or the other. I can’t switch everything else from iOS to Google because that would be a real headache.Why is iOS not supported? Is there a plan to eventually integrate in the future? Is there a work-around that I might be able to use?Thanks.
I’d like to request a feature: an option to not allow rescheduling within a certain time window (e.g., 24 hours). I love that clients can reschedule themselves, AND I have a policy that requires clients to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. I would love to be able to not allow late reschedules, so they would have to cancel the session and reach out to me directly or schedule a new event.
Looking for a solution where if an invitee answers “No” to one of our questions, a follow up email or message is sent clarifying. I’m not finding that type of if/then workflow or option. Any ideas or solutions are welcome!

I manage multiple restaurant and event space locations, and I've set up individual booking forms (event types) for each location that allow prospective clients to schedule a tour.Here's what I'm trying to do:When someone books a tour through a Calendly form: I want to receive an email notification. I also want the on-site manager of the location to receive both an email notification and a calendar invite for the scheduled time/date. I know I can assign multiple hosts to an event, but in this case, I don’t necessarily need the manager to be a co-host—just someone who gets alerted and added to the calendar for awareness and scheduling purposes.Is there a way to do this through Workflows, or another automation within Calendly? I’ve tried a few setups but haven’t found a clean solution yet.Would love any ideas, best practices, or workarounds others may be using for multi-location coordination and notifications!Thank

Need advice if it can be used and if so, how to connect to?
I tend to book my clients’ follow-up appointments for them from my contacts page, but when I do this, there isn’t a spot to add in a phone number (even though my client has already given their number). Because of this, my clients do not receive reminder text messages that I have set up. Can Calendly add in a space to add a phone number so that they will receive these messages? They don’t sign up themselves because these are recurring appointments, which you ALSO do not offer. Them not receiving text reminders is an issue. If Calendly could just include the phone number section regardless of which way people book, that would be ideal. I understand they have to opt in, but there isn’t even an option on the back end.

Il y a quelques mois j’ai créé un évènement en one-to-one et n’ai pas eu de difficulté à le connecter à mon agenda outlook. J’ai désactivé ce premier évènement et en ai créé un nouveau avec de nouvelles plages de date et créneaux. Mes créneaux choisis sont bien présents dans le calendrier calendly mais ne s’affichent pas dans mon lien de présentation comme si aucune date n’était disponible. Je n’ai qu’un seul calendrier utilisé. Comment faites-vous le lien entre les créneaux choisis dans calendly et leur affichage dans votre calendrier outlook ? Se créent-ils tous seuls dans outlook une fois définis dans Calendly ou bien faut-il créer des RDV récurrents dans outlook ? Si oui faut-il les créer d’une façon particulière ?Je vous remercie par avance pour votre aide, car après y avoir passer de nombreuses heures et avoir écumé pas mal de tutos je suis toujours coincée !

Hi, I would like to request three features:Set links to expire after a certain amount of time (e.g. 30 days, 60 days, 90 days). Set custom text for the “something went wrong” page for if an invitee clicks on a deleted link or event type. Add an option to only allow appointments to be booked at the earlier of the available event times (e.g. if a 1 hour event link is sent and available times on a certain day are 10am/10.30am/12pm, the invitee will only see 10am).Thank you.

We have a single conference room that may need to be booked by multiple users. According to //help-calendly-com.screenshare.banktechpr.app/hc/en-us/articles/12303248557719-How-to-schedule-with-conference-room, we decided to buy a paid seat on Calendly for the conference room. The calendar for the conference room also needs to be visible to everyone in our organization with the ability to manually add events. We use Office 365 and created a Group called Conference Room that is accessible by everyone and has the email address conferenceroom@company.com.We then created the Calendly user conferenceroom@company.com - but cannot figure out how to connect the Group calendar to this user in Calendly. The Group has an email address but does not seem to have a separate Office 365 login, as it is accessed via the individual users’ accounts. We need to link the Group calendar so Calendly can (1) check availability and (2) add events to the calendar. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Many South African (and broader African) service providers face challenges using Calendly’s current payment integrations, as we are unable to create Stripe accounts and PayPal is not a viable option for many clients. Our local clients prefer to pay in South African Rands to avoid international transaction fees, currency conversion charges, and card declines.It would be incredibly helpful if Calendly could integrate with African-friendly payment gateways like Paystack or Yoco to make the platform more accessible for the African market.
Can we set up multiple email reminders and/or multiple text messages within the same Workflow?The Workflow does not allow me to send an initial email to the client upon the scheduling of an event, then a follow-up email reminder an hour before the event starts.
Hi everyone,I'm experiencing a recurring issue with Calendly where some of the available time slots I’ve configured for specific days are not showing up correctly for invitees. For example, I’ve set up availability every second Wednesday for 6 slots:07:00-07:4008:00-08:4011:00-11:4012:00-12:4013:00-13:4015:00-15:40but only a few slots appear on some days, on other days all are visible without a clear reason. Please note that there’s no calendar connected to it.Here’s what I’ve already checked: Buffer times: I reviewed and adjusted the buffer times before and after events. Daily limit: There’s no daily maximum number of events set. Multiple event types: I checked for overlapping slots with other event types. Time zones: Time zones are correct for both myself and the invitees. Custom hours: I looked into whether specific dates had custom availability overriding the default – didn’t find anything unusual. Still, the issue persists – some slots that should be there are simply not s

Je me charge de dispatcher les réservations de créneaux à mon équipes. Il faudrait donc que le même créneau puisse être réservé un nombre infini de fois. Comment faire? Merci pour votre aide.
