An appointment of April 3, 2024 has been canceled by the Calendly system.Client has received SMS of this cancellation. I have not canceled the appointment and the cancellation is not in the system.On March 23, the appointment was rescheduled to April 3. There was no cancellation on April 3.How can a client receive a text message that the appointment has been canceled if it was not? The use case is as follows:We want our team members to schedule 1-1 session with defined mentors based on the availability from within a portal.Mentors have their own personal Calendly accounts. Its possible to schedule the meeting if they share their calendly link. But we want to track back the schedule time and capture the completion of the event assuming the mentors enabled gmeet/teams integration wit their account.
We have a book a demo button on our website. I’d like when somebody clicks that for it to pull up calendly and show all the available times that somebody could do a demo based on the availability of 3 sales reps.Is there a way for Calendly to reference multiple people’s calendars/ a shared calendar and if any of the 3 reps are available, it would show as an option for the customer to book that time?Right now, we are using round robin to assign the deals to 1 of 3 reps, and then the prospect is limited to just that person’s time which is not ideal if the other rep has more availability that matches what they are looking for.

When I do a test appointment with my newly setup calendly account, using my personal email address, I get a bounceback on my company address. When I delete an event in Calendly, why is the time still unavailable in Calendly? I thought that by deleting an event, the time becomes automatically available. Please help / clarify. Thank you!

Here's my situation:I don't allow for more than two meetings per day. Two meetings have been scheduled and the last meeting should be postponed with just one hour. If I try to rescheduled our meeting myself, the problem is that I'm not allowed to do that on that specific day. Very likely because the limit of a mass of two meetings per day blocks my ability to postpone the meeting and reschedule it just one hour. Apparently Calendly seize this as a third meeting. Hi all. My lack of availability on my Google calendar is not showing up on Calendly despite me syncing the two. I’m about to launch my business website and I’m stuck as I don't want it to go live until I’m sure my customers won't be able to unknowingly double book. Also Calendly is not asking for payment at time of booking despite me setting this up. Any tips? Thanks!
I need to be able to schedule people from my phone. When I do this now I have to manually enter their email each time even though through my computer they are listed as contacts. I can't seem to find a way to access contacts on the phone. Can you tell me how? Thx.
We have the Calendly embedded on our page, and have configured it to redirect to a thank you page after they’ve booked. This works fine, but it takes a LONG time to redirect. It says “Confirmed, redirecting...” for 4 seconds before it actually goes. I’m concerned this will affect our eventing - we have attribution events on the /thank-you page, but I’m worried people will drop off before the redirect.Is there no way to speed this up?

Why does my invitation show a time 4 hours offset from the time I sent? For instance, for a 2:40pm – 2:55pm (Eastern Time - New York), the subject heading shows 6:40 PM - 6:55 PM. (I’m sending it to myself, so the time zone should be the same.)
Hello, I haven’t seen any option to change the default zone code in front of the phone number field when adding a new contact. It would be great. I am in france and the default phone number is set to +1 and i would like it to be +33 without having to change it each time i add a contact.
Booking page error for myself and those booking. How to contact customer service for resolution when Customer service chat is also down?
It appears that only my main available time settings is functioning. If I add date specific options, it shows up correctly in my dashboard, but doesn’t show up correctly for those making the appointment. They only have access to my regular set hours. Is there any way to fix that?I added Tuesday, 9 April and Thursday, 11 of April, to my schedule which shows up correctly in my dashboard, but does not appear for clients. See the two screenshots. Does anybody know if each member on the round robin event (team members) need a paid subscription? Or if it’s just the main account that’s creating the event that needs the paid subscription? Hi everyone!So, I employ 5 independent contractors and want clients to be able to select WHO they want to work with THEN schedule and pay, but Calendly only allows individual users to integrate payment options into their own accounts.I would like to have full control over the payment optoins/payout options and don’t want to give this “power” to the independent contractors, even if htey are willing to give me their login/pw.Any thoughts on workarounds for this? Thank you!
If I connect multiple calendars for multiple different people to one event type, is there a feature to make bookings available when one person is available even if the other isn't?
