Hope you guys can help me here.I've been using Stripe as my payment for awhile, then I had some issues with Stripe that I had to sort out, so I switched payments to PayPal for about 5 or 6 months. Now, everything is sorted out with Stripe, so I go to switch the payment method back to Stripe on my Calendly... and Stripe isn't even listed as an option on the drop down window in my payment section, only PayPal shows up when I click on it. I double checked and Calendly says that my Stripe account is still connected. My Stripe account also says that it's still connected to Calendly. My Stripe isn't in "test mode" and everything seems fine... but still, no option to switch payments back to Stripe on the drop down menu of the payments section on my events, is appearing. Any help would be super appreciated!- Skye
Hello! I have a work outlook calendar and my personal gmail calendars that I need to sync with calendly so that if a meeting is added to any of the calendars then it automatically appears on Calendly as not available time. Is there a way to do this?
Hi there,For some reason my Calendly booking dates are not showing up in my Google Calendar, although on the dashboard iit says that Google calendar is connected. How can I resolve this?Thank you.Best regards,Dr. Christiaan
Hey,we are a managed IT firm in los angeles, ca. we run independent bookings for each of our dept, but our COO wants to centralise the whole booking operations. right now, bookings are spread across multiple indivudual calendly accounts, and we want to be able to see and manage everything from our headoffice. you can get an idea of our operations from our website. Is what we are looking for duable inside calendly or will we have to go for a custom developed solution?
Hello, I have created an event type Round Robin and when using it as an inline element, we seem to notice that the Powered by Calendly ribbon is active. This suprised us because on all accounts the Powered by Calendly branding was toggled off. Could this be a bug or are we missing something? Many thanks in advance , Robrecht
Hello!I have a routing form that redirects prospects to a regular Calendly booking form. The fields Name, Last Name, Email and Phone Number in the booking form are automatically populated with the values from the routing form, as expected. However, I added a Radio Button question in both the routing form and the booking form (the question and answers are identical in both forms), and that value is not getting passed automatically from the routing form to the booking form.Is that expected? It seems a poor experience to me, making prospects respond the same question twice.
How do I downgrade my package ?
Hi - I have set up a meeting link and was able to adjust most of the functionality I need.I am however unable to find any options to set the following:Being able to approve or reject submitted meeting requests before the person submitting the request is booked on Automatically declining requests if clashing with another item already in my outlook calendar (mainly to prevent meetings being requested when I’m on A/L)This is the booking link I created://calendly-com.screenshare.banktechpr.app/filip-kozlowski-m8group/30minCalendly has connected to my outlook and I can see meeting requests being confirmed via my outlook email and added to my outlook calendar.Any help would be most appreciated.
Bonjour à tous.J'aimerais créer deux agendas Google, 1 pour mes séances au cabinet et l'autre pour mes séances à distance.Faut-il créer 2 comptes Calendly ? Ou changer d’offre ?
feature request“Currently, once a meeting is booked, the location is locked and cannot be edited. The only supported workaround is to reschedule the meeting for the same time so it picks up the updated event type location. This becomes impractical in cases like mine:I use Ask invitee for location, so the attendee may not finalize the exact spot until after booking. My event type has a 1 meeting per day limit, so rescheduling the same time is blocked. Buffers and limits further complicate the workaround.Because of this, updating the address after booking requires significant manual workarounds. It would be very helpful if Calendly allowed editing the location on an already scheduled meeting - both for preset locations and invitee-entered locations.”
Bonjour Je souhaite résilier l'abonnement qui est passé hier le 16/06 Merci par avance
Dear Support Team, after some research in your help section and the community topics, I have realized that for years now, a huge number of your customers has asked for an option to at least temporarily turn off the automated e-mail notifications for meetings. All your employees keep responding that they recognize this is an important issue and will forward it to the product development team. And nothing ever happens. We are paying customers and would like not only to be repeatedly told that this is going to be forwarded. We need it to be taken care of ASAP. Depending on a user’s business model, it can be a huge inconvenience to bombard customers with e-mails. In our case, we are switching to your service from a different tool and need to manually transfer existing bookings – so an automated e-mail for each would mean double trouble for our customers.I urgently ask you to take care of this issue as it has been coming up a lot and for a long time now.have a good day.
I’ve received two new appointment bookings this morning (both for this upcoming Thursday). Calendly emailed letting me the new appointments have been booked, but the appointments themselves are not showing within my Meetings on Calendly. How do I fix this and have my Mettings on the Calendly website accurately reflect the meetings Calendly is emailing me about? Ive gone through all the steps the Chat AI bot gave me, and nothing helped
Booked Meetings are not listed on Calendly. But customer receives confirmation. Whats wrong?
My team has a Round Robin event hosted through my account that is shared with them. We use a single booking page to book individuals. Devs are welcome to check my account for the booking link. Our workflows work properly - upon a booking, the selected team member (and myself, as admin) get a notification that a meeting has been scheduled. The meeting shows up in the team member’s Outlook Calendar immediately. The meeting does not show up in Calendly’s Meetings page. This is both for the team member and myself as team lead. Please address this bug. The two linked times where others have experienced this, it really doesn't seem like a user-side error, with even one time the dev confirms a bug was found and addressed.
A year ago I called out a bully on LinkedIn. Ever since then I have been bombarded with horrid emails and fake meetings booked via Calendly. I have made all of my meeting links two step authenticated. But this guy is determind to harrass me. He keeps setting up fake email addresses with mail.com and persists in setting up meetings. Is there any way to a) block an email domain b) work a solution to stop this idiot or c) anything I can do.This sucks but I am determind to block this person in any way I can.thanks for your help
Hello!I noticed that country auto-detection no longer works in Routing Forms.I’m based in Spain for example, and when I access the following URL, the USA phone code (+1) is chosen by default://calendly-com.screenshare.banktechpr.app/d/cvgf-n8j-5phI’m not 100% sure, but I would say Calendly used to detect the user’s country and pre-select that country’s phone code automatically. If that’s not possible, it would be great if Calendly let you choose the default phone code. Because for example, in my case it doesn’t make sense the default pre-selected option is US.Thanks!
I have multiple events on my calendly. Used to be able to copy availability from one type of event to the others. Now not working. Samsung phone, Chrome. Please don't suggest using a computer as the mobile phone option I have always used, gives immediate results. Thanks
We have 5 event types that our primary customer can schedule. It is not unusual for a customer to accidentally book the wrong type of event. We do not know this happens until we are in the scheduled call with them. It seems as though we cannot change the event type for a meeting that has been scheduled. The only work around for this we can find is to create a new meeting under the new event type and copy and past the information from the old meeting and then delete the old meeting. However, when we’ve tried this people miss the new invite and in turn miss their meeting. We’ve also tried renaming our event types to be more clear, but that hasn’t helped either. We use the even type for analysis of our customer onboarding process, so capturing the correct event type is helpful for us internally. Is there a way to do this and we’re missing it? If not, it would be very useful for us to be able to change a meeting from one event type to another already created event type.
How do I integrate my iPhone calendar to my Calendly account?
Hi there, we have set up our calendal account for scheduling with our clients. Calendly is connected to our official email address that was set up by our CEO. When a client now schedules an appointment the automated emails that get send out always gets send out under his name. And we don't understand why. Our profile name is the company name and we never entered his name anywhere. What can we do?
Hi, I'm currently experiencing error when trying to complete new bookings via the Calendly App, after entering all the require information & selecting Schedule Meeting. Web version is working ok, but difficult to use on a mobile phone. I attach a screenshot. Any advice would be hugely appreciated. Many thanks, Laura
I would like to know if there is a way to create a meeting or calendar event without it affecting my availability on the calendar.I will be working at a law firm and need to track various deadlines, such as discovery deadlines, motion deadlines, and other important case-related dates. My goal is to create these as calendar events that can trigger automated reminders or workflows, such as sending text messages to me and my attorney. However, I do not want these deadline reminders to block time on my calendar or make me appear unavailable for scheduling client meetings or other appointments. I would like them to function as reminders only while still appearing on the calendar.
With a recent update of the Calendly website, I’ve lost the ability to share rescheduling links with our clients. (It seems it is still possible in the iOS app). I rely heavily on this feature. Here are steps to reproduce:In a web browser, navigate to a scheduled event on the “Meetings” page. Click the “Reschedule” button in the event details pane which pops up on the right. A dialog appears asking if you want to “Share times to meet” or “Reschedule meeting now.”Previously, I would choose “Reschedule meeting now” and then copy the URL from the browser. This URL would take a form like //calendly-com.screenshare.banktechpr.app/reschedulings/{{reschedule-uuid}} I could paste this into my own email communication or text message with the client so they could easily reschedule. However, now the URL is of a page that requires me to be logged in and cannot be shared with the client. See the attached screenshot which shows that page and its URL. The URL is of the form//calendly-com.screenshare.banktechpr.app/app/meetings/user/me?selecte
With the new updates, the option to copy the reschedule link for an individual event from the reschedule page (Click on event → select reschedule→ select reschedule now) has disappeared. Chatbot confirmed it and a support person confirmed it. Chatbot mentioned that this could be done via the reschedule link in the email or calendar event the invitee received, but as the admin, I don’t have access to those. The chatbot mentioned that you could recreate this link by using API or Webhooks to grab the Event ID And Invitee ID. That’s a bit above my tech level - has anyone else run into this and developed a workaround? We have Zapier and I can stumble my way through that as well. I do recognize canceling and providing them with the standard scheduling link is always a possibility, but I dislike the customer service optics of them potentially receiving the cancelation notice through their calendar before they see the email requesting a reschedule.
